Shipping
Ambersouk Ltd is based in the United Kingdom and your Ambersouk order will be lovingly packed by hand and dispatched from our London studio.
UK Delivery
All UK orders are shipped via Royal Mail Special Delivery and require a signature upon delivery. All dispatched items are insured and trackable.
Costs start from £8.
International Delivery
Deliveries to Europe and the rest of the World are sent via a secure tracked and insured service with DHL Express. All orders require a signature at time of delivery. (The shipping costs will be calculated based on the country of destination once your order is received.)

Please note that international customers are solely responsible for any local import duties and taxes that may be applied in their respective countries at the time of receipt of goods. Ambersouk is not liable for any such local duties and taxes nor responsible for any delivery delays that may occur due to clearance procedures at your country’s Customs & Excise, or delays due to any other events beyond our control.
Lead Times
Available ready-to-wear items will be despatched within 3 - 5 working days; made-to-order items will be despatched within 4 - 6 weeks; whilst bespoke commissions, depending on the type of work required, will take approximately 8 - 10 weeks to be completed and shipped. We will endeavour to deliver your order within the times specified however, should there be any delay with your order we will notify you accordingly.
Tracking your Order
Upon despatch, you will receive a tracking notification via email so that you may track the progress of your order. However, Ambersouk cannot be held responsible for any delays that may be caused by third parties or any other events beyond our control.
Returns
We do hope you will love your Ambersouk jewel. Whilst we would love you to be 100% happy with your new purchase, should you not be entirely satisfied we will offer an exchange or full refund under the following terms.
Purchases made from available ready-to-wear stock may be exchanged or refunded within 14 days of receipt. Regrettably any returns received outside of the returns window will not be accepted.
Please note that made-to-order and commissioned bespoke pieces may not be returned or exchanged under any circumstances, unless damaged or faulty. Please also note that we cannot accept returns on earrings, according to best hygiene standards
Items must be returned unworn, undamaged and in their original packaging. Should you wish to return your purchase, please email info@ambersouk.com as soon possible after receipt of item. Please include your original order number with your return. All items returned will be inspected to ensure that they are in perfect condition and unworn as when first despatched to you. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, it may not be accepted and may be sent back to you.
For all international returns, please make sure they are clearly labelled as “returned goods” on any export documentation as well as on the outside of the parcel. This is to ensure that items are not held at customs and avoid any taxes or duties being re-charged. If this procedure is not observed, we reserve the right to pass on such costs on to the customer at our discretion.
Ambersouk does not accept any responsibility for any items that may be lost, stolen or damaged during transit to us, nor does it cover the postage cost for the returns. We highly recommend that you return items via a trackable, insured and reputable postal or courier service, and that you retain proof of shipment, in case of any dispute.
Faulty Items
Prior to items being despatched, our pieces are carefully checked. However, in the rare event that you should receive a faulty or damaged item please email us at info@ambersouk.com so we can arrange for a replacement or issue a credit note. Should the package you receive be damaged or opened, please do not accept it and contact us immediately. In such cases, we will cover the cost of postage to return the item to us.
Please note that as most of our pieces are one-of-a-kind, in the rare event that you may receive a faulty or damaged item, it may not be possible to replace it for the exact same piece. However, we will work closely with you to find a suitable alternative that you are be happy with.
Additional Notes
Please note that we are unable to deliver on Bank Holidays, weekends and other observed national holidays. Please also note that we cannot deliver to post office boxes as a signature is required upon delivery.
