Pink Sapphire Talisman

This pendant is inspired by talismans worn by Oromo women in the Ethiopian Highlands. Traditionally, these were small pendants made in silver with a triangular, semi-crescent or rectangular shaped box, called telsum, worn to protect the wearer from the evil eye and from the power of the crescent moon.

‍I have always been drawn by the power of amulets and talismans and imbue this piece with my personal spiritual intentions of safeguarding whoever wears it.‍

One-of-a-kind pendant with pink faceted sapphires set in 9k yellow gold with an organic rough finish and comes in a cobalt blue double sided velvet cord
